Palo Alto, CA, May 8, 2018 — Today, HP Inc. announced the commercial availability of its industry-leading Jet Fusion 3D Printing Solutions in Mexico and its first customer Bojä3D, an innovative digital manufacturing service provider. HP, which now ships more plastic production 3D printers than any company in the world[1], continues to accelerate the digital transformation of the $12 trillion global manufacturing industry with its groundbreaking Multi Jet Fusion technology.

“We are excited to bring the industry’s leading 3D printing technology, most robust partner community, and most innovative materials ecosystem to help drive the digital reinvention of this key Latin American manufacturing market,” said Marcos Razon, Vice President and General Manager, HP Latin America. “With HP’s Multi Jet Fusion technology now available in the U.S., Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America, we are changing the way the world designs and manufactures around the world.”

Bojä3D is offering customers production-ready 3D printing services based on HP Jet Fusion 4200 3D printing solution, an award-winning commercial 3D printing system that delivers superior2 quality physical parts up to 10 times3 faster and at half the cost4 of current 3D print systems. By printing functional parts for the first time at the individual voxel level, which is the 3D equivalent of a 2D pixel in traditional printing, HP offers customers an unprecedented ability to transform part properties and deliver mass customization.

Manufacturing Innovators Accelerating 3D Printing for Production

Service bureaus and product design firms are a hallmark of manufacturing innovation, adopting leading-edge technologies ahead of the industry and delivering breakthrough services to their own end-customers. Bojä3D joins leaders such as Fathom, Forecast3D, Go Proto, Materialise, ProtoCAM, Proto Labs, Shapeways, Sigma Design, Stern, 3D Prod and more, installing HP 3D printing systems to deliver production quality HP Jet Fusion 3D printed parts.

“We’re making Multi Jet Fusion the foundational 3D printing technology for our business because of its transformational quality, speed and cost efficiency as well as the ability to prototype and produce functional parts on the same platform,” said Victor Anaya, Partner and Operations Manager, Bojä3D. “With demand for advanced 3D printing technology growing from our customers across a broad spectrum of industries, we are excited to help them digitally reinvent their businesses as Mexico’s first provider of HP Jet Fusion solutions.”

Unleashing a New Era of Design Possibilities in Full Color

In addition to the HP Jet Fusion 4200 solution, HP is committed to democratizing 3D design and manufacturing and recently expanded its portfolio with the introduction of the Jet Fusion 300 / 500 series, the world’s first 3D printers to deliver engineering-grade, functional parts in full color, black or white in a fraction of the time5 of other solutions. HP is providing Multi Jet Fusion users the ability to prototype and produce new designs on the same platform and stay ahead with a future-ready technology for voxel control for color and beyond, enabling the design and production of previously unconceivable applications.
