The time for talk is over; HP is a company of action. Diversity and inclusion is at our core and has been for the past five decades. While we have the most diverse board of directors of any technology company; we’re far from satisfied. We’re reinventing every single day with a new journey called "Reinvent Mindsets.” This campaign comprises ongoing internal training, new measurement tools and other efforts, but focuses on two key areas: tackling unconscious bias and fostering the next generation of talent—regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion or nationality. At HP, we realize that diversity and inclusion isn’t just a moral imperative—it’s a business one as well. The message we want you to take away is simple: HP is hiring and talent is our only criteria.
